There are already many solutions in the field of customer relationship management. All these systems are reduced to approximately the same basic scheme, around which a specific logic of the work of the final organization can be built.

Over the past few years I have implemented several different CRM. In all these cases, CRM was written for a specific client, for his specific requests and needs. It was the repeated independent creation of CRM that made it possible to summarize the principles of their work and to give an opportunity to speak not only as a CRM programmer, but also as a consultant when creating CRM.

One of the projects was the rewriting of one of the well-known CRM-systems for use through the site (web-version of the CRM system).

A feature created by CRM is their focus on the web. This means that CRM is presented in the form of a web site, which can be deployed on the Internet and be accessible to managers from different cities and even countries. Also, such a project can be installed in the organization’s local network and be limited by availability only from the organization’s local computers.

In any case, this class of solutions has several undeniable advantages:

easy network integration (easy access to the system via the Internet)
scalability - managers can access data from a computer with any operating system.
